The Evil Inside Me
It's not surprising to me at all that given the sexual obsession of our culture and the pleasure-orientation of sin that somebody would struggle with lust.
I can't blame my environment because it's always the evil inside of me that hooks me to the evil outside of me.
There are a couple of things that are important to remember. One is that I can't blame my environment because it's always the evil inside of me that hooks me to the evil outside of me. I have to own that my biggest sexual dysfunction isn't environmental or cultural—it's my heart. It's the way I own things for myself and take them for my pleasure. It's the way I write my own rules and want what I want when I want it.
