World’s first underwater, floating tunnels to be built in Norway.

Huge tunnels, ranging across the country of Norway, are being constructed.  The tunnels will link passage that was, priorly, only traversed by ferry.
The ferry trips take so long, that one 680 mile journey, from Kristiansand to Trondheim, could take up to 21 hours due to the seven ferries that must be taken.  Traveling the distance in the new tunnels would only take 10 hours.
The project is set to cost $25 billion and be fully completed by 2035
